Types of leaflet:- donation, tourism, yoga /computer class, summer camp, holiday camps book club, etc.   

How to prepare an Appeal/ Leaflet/Poster 

(Note- Students should write leaflets considering the following important points.)

1. The Leaflet/ Appeal/ Poster should be written in a rectangular box, using short sentences.

2. It must be persuasive.

3.  Address it to the reader by using words like 'You' 'Yours' frequently. This will bring the issue closer to the reader.

4. Use interesting phrases, rhymes, rhetorical questions, startling data, pictures, etc. to catch the eye of the reader.

5.  Give an address/contact number which the reader can call if he/she wishes to.

Handout तयार करण्यासाठी महत्त्वाच्या सूचना

* चौकट तयार करावी.

* आकर्षक शीर्षक द्यावे.

* स्लोगन/आकर्षक  घोषवाक्य लिहावीत.

* लोकांना आवाहन करावे.

* ज्यांच्यासाठी मोहीम हाती घेतली आहे त्या समस्येचे दुष्परिणाम, गरज सांगून लोकांना आवाहन करणे.

*  सहभागी होण्यासाठी विनंती करावी.

  अशी पत्रके तयार करताना तीन मुद्दे लक्षात घेऊन पत्रके तयार करावी . ज्यांना उद्देशून आवाहन केले आहे त्यांनी नक्की काय करायचे आहे हे स्पष्ट करावे.नंतर ती गोष्ट त्यांनी कशी करावी हे लक्षात आणून द्यावे व शेवटी त्यांनी जे काही करायचे आहे ते का करायचे आहे हे स्पष्ट आहे .म्हणजेच What to do? How to do it ? आणि 

Why to it ?  या मुद्द्यांचा समावेश पत्रकात असावा.
