2.1          I Ran Into A Stranger 

  Introduction:

  Love and forgiveness are the core values for family members to remain attached to each other. Love and forgiveness must be reciprocal. Many times parents give harsh treatment for faults of their children but sometimes they are harsh for no faults. At such moment children feel very sad, depressed, nervous and tense. But after reflecting over it get relaxed as they are well wishers and caretakers also. Parents are expected to behave polietely with heir children as they behave with strangers.

  Here is a mother in the poem who felt guilty of her insensitive behaviour with her daughter. So she went to her daughter's room, softly woke her up and said sorry to her for yelling at her. She appreciated her daughter's gift of flowers and showed her love for her. Her daughter also comfoted her by saying she loved her. In the end , the bonding between the mother and daughter got strengthened.

   This is a narrative poem. The character- istics of narrative poem are: sequence of events, characters, dialogues, dramatic element, descriptions, purposeful narration etc. are found in this poem. The narration is continued by the characters I (the poet), her daughter, stranger and God in the form of dialogue.

But  at home we are very casual and treat our family members roughly.

The mother,  in the poem, after accidentally knocking her little child, shouts at her, saying.

"Move out of the way."

A2: Poetic Device: Figure of Speech

Two contradictory words, 'young' and 'old' are brought together for the poetic effect.

It is called Antithesis.

The mother may be very busy in her daily chores. The mother may be lost in her thoughts. The mother may be unaware of her child standing behind her.

4. The main body of the news (मुख्य बातमी)
 परीक्षेमध्ये विद्यार्थ्यांना वर्तमानपत्रात प्रकाशित झालेल्या बातम्यांची दोन  headlines दिलेले असतात  विद्यार्थ्यांनी दोन पैकी एकाची निवड करून वरील स्टेप प्रमाणे बातमी लिहावयाची आहे.

  HOW TO WRITE A NEWS REPORT?

3. The Lea/Intro:
  The opening paragraph of the news item is called the 'lead. It is called the lead of the story. It is also called 'Intro' because it introduces the rest of the story to the reader. The 'leads'
must answer the following questions.

 Near about 300 hundred petrol pump ownerst hroughout Maharshtra observe one day strike on 1stM arch, for their long pending demands of regulars upply and tax rates. The union leaders of the petrolp ump owners claim that the strike is statewide andh undred percent successful says our reporter.

 Petrol pump owners throughout Maharashtrah ave called one day strike on March 1st. At least 300h undred petrol pump owners H.P. and B.P have joined the strike. All the petrol pumps remained closed on the day. Their union leaders presented their mamorandom to the concerned authorities. This strike has paralysed transport system throughout Maharashtra and adjoining states. It has affected business and market.There were less vehicles on the road due to lack of petrol or diesel. The meeting has been fixed on March 12 to discuss their issue. The union leaders said that the owners will go on indefinite strike if all their demands were not fulfilled by the concerned authorities.

  What did Banjara community achieve by voting to an established political party in Hingoli [Maharashtra]Constituency ?

[बंजारा समाजाने हिंगोली मतदारसंघात प्रस्थापित राजकीय पक्षाला मतदान करून काय साध्य केलं?]

    Banjara community once lost the golden opportunity along with the total disadvantaged groups of people  to elect Hon. Mohan Rathod from Hingoli- LOKSABHA -constituency. The extreme sadness of this is as much as the Ambedkar masses, more than that, the educated & intellectual class of the Banjara community is also in  intense unhappiness caused by this great loss. Today, such overall picture is seen everywhere in this constituency. But the people of Banjara community and people from disadvantaged sections firmly believe and in the end it is being expected that something miracle will certainly happen for them. But how far it will be true is unexpected issue.  

    Yesterday on 18 April 2019 after the voting of all masses, there was a clear picture of the Banjara community, which was set up at different polling booths of Hingoli Loksabha constituency, and after the voting, the public discussion has been exposed, and a distinct/vivid picture shows that Banjara community was dispersed to different political parties. Prof. Sandesh Chavan, the independent candidate will also get many votes and there were also unanimous views about him is  that he also expect to be well resisted to the other competitors /candidates in this consistuency.   But the hidden message (name & fame) of Prof.Chavan was spread throughout the constituency due to the massive  publicity of the "Gorsena" activists and their root level work of enriching Gor-Banjara culture. So far "Gorsikwadi", movement directed toward making or doing something betterment for Banjara community from Tanda to Tanda.
  But, it was the political analyst's guess that Banjara community would surely,consider..him(Prof.Sandesh Chavan),sympathetically in future due to placing various agitations and rallies by him in the past for Banjara community. But in the forthcoming Assembly Elections, "Gorsena" will be able to build a new framework with tremendous strategies. There are some mistakes occurred that may arised due to their new experience in  politics. As per the opinion of Banjara community, the voters were in confusion because of which the local political leaders in the consistuency has managed or succeed to divide many votes of Banjara community towards other political parties.   But how many voters of Muslims and  other OBC diverted to  Upekshit Varga Ladha and Vanchit Bahujan Aagahadi is ambigious because of the polling had compex  and equivocal message for potential candidates. And this will be ultimately obvious after result. It seems to be observed  from the overall situation is that there was a triangular contest till yesterday at 4 'O' clock, but till late in the evening, voting was going on in swing on some polling stations, It seems that from the fast spreading message on the mobile screen/ social media, the real competitors may be  'Congress' and 'Shivsena'.   
  
   The fact is that, if the entire Banjara community unitedly stood behind  a candidate, a different picture would have been found in this consistuency. If there was a possibility to get lump sum vote to the candidate of the Bahujan Vanchit Aaghadi, Res. Mohan Rathod or if the Banjara community was firm on the back of an independent candidate, Prof.Sandesh Chavan, then the message of our community unity would have gone across the state/country. Hence, on this, Banjara community needs a very deep thinking and consider something carefully in present as well as in future. In the forthcoming Assembly elections, there would be a scuffle of the 'Bahujan Vanchit Aaghadi' and 'Upekshit Varga Ladha' in the mind of the established political party.  

  At the end it has to be clearly assumed  that the Banjara community has done a great loss of its own. The result is that the Banjara community will have to face its consequences in future.

  हिंगोली लोकसभा निवडणुकीच्या माध्यमातून सर्व वंचीत घटकाना सोबत घेऊन मोहन राठोड यांना निवडणून आणायची संधी बंजारा समाजानी गमावली याच दुःख आंबेडकरी जनते ऐवढेच  समाजातील बुद्धिजीवी व सुशिक्षित वर्गाला पण आहे .पण शेवटी काहीतरी चमत्कार घडेल अशी आशा वंचीत घटकाला लागली आहे .काल हिंगोली लोकसभा मतदारसंघातील वेगवेगळ्या मतदान केंद्रावरील आकडेवारी बघता बंजारा समाजाचा निश्चित कल कोणत्या दोन प्रस्थापित पक्षाकडे होता हे  आता मतदान नंतर जनतेच्या सामूहिक चर्चेतुन उघड झालं होत असून बंजारा समाजाची मते वेगवेगळ्या पक्षाकडे  विखुरली असं स्पष्ट चित्र सामोरे येत आहे .बंजारा समाजाचे उपेक्षित वर्ग लढ्याचे अपक्ष उमेदवार प्रा, संदेश चव्हाण यांना किती मते मिळतील ते आता निकालानंतर स्पष्ट होईल पण "गोरसेनेच्या "कट्टर कार्यकर्त्यांनी उभारलेल्या  जबरदस्त प्रचार यंत्रणे मुळे संदेश चव्हाण यांचे नाव मतदारसंघात सर्वदूर पसरले. भूतकाळात त्यानी केलेल्या विविध आंदोलन व मोर्चामुळे बंजारा समाज त्यांचा सहानुभूतीपुर्वक विचार करेल असा राजकिय विश्लेषकाचा अंदाज होता .पण येणाऱ्या विधानसभा निवडणुकीत गोरसेना जबरदस्त व्यूहरचना करून मोर्चेबांधणी करेल यात शंका नाही .राजकारणाचा नवा अनुभव असल्याने काही चुका होतच असतात .काही लोकांच्या मतानुसार बंजारा समाजाचे दोन उमेदवार उभे असल्याने मतदार संभ्रम अवस्थेत गेला होता. त्यामुळे स्थानिक राजकीय पुढ्याऱ्यानी बंजारा समाजाची मते वेगवेगळ्या पक्षाकडे विभाजित करण्यात यश मिळविले आहे .मुस्लिम व इतर ओबीसी बांधवांची मते वंचीत व उपेक्षित वर्गाला किती मिळाली हे निकाल लागल्यावर कळेल .काल चार वाजेपर्यंत हा त्रिकोणी मुकाबला आहे असे चित्र झाले होते पण संध्याकाळी उशिरापर्यंत काही मतदान केंद्रावर मतदान चालूच होत त्यामुळे सोशल माध्यमातून पंजा की धनुष्य यातच अटीतटीची झुंज होणार असल्याचे संदेश भ्रमणध्वनीवर फिरत होते .

  सम्पूर्ण बंजारा समाज एकजुटीने कोण्या उमेदवाराच्या पाठीमागे उभा राहिला असल्यास निश्चितच वेगळ चित्र निर्माण झालं असत ,ऐनवेळी वंचीतच्या उमेदवार मोहन राठोड यांना एकगठ्ठा बंजारा मतदान मिळाले असते निकाल फिरण्याची शक्यता होती ,किंवा अपक्ष उमेदवाराच्या पाठींमागे बंजारा समाज खंबीरपणे उभा राहिला असता तर समाज एकजूट झाल्याचा संदेश राज्यभर गेला असता आणि येणाऱ्या विधानसभा निवडणुकीत प्रस्थापित पक्षाच्या मनात वंचीत व उपेक्षित वर्ग लढ्याची धडकी भरली असती .
शेवटी बंजारा समाजाने स्वताच्या पायावर धोंडा मारून घेण्यात धन्यता मानली हे तेवढ खर .
